“So I signed up to Group sessions at athletica over 6 months ago and I'm SO HAPPY I did.

1.The group sizes are a really good size 3-4 so you can swap/share equipment easily.
2.Other people means you train a little bit harder/want to match each other (but in a friendly, supportive way) < this is a big one.
3.I'm less likely to skip a session.
4.Let's be honest working out gets really boring really quick - this is way funner.
5. Top tier banter/Archbishop of Banterbury/Bant and Dec.

We genuinely care about our clients. We want you to feel your best, and will do what it takes to get you there.

Small group sessions

Want all the benefits of 1-1 personal training but with the added benefit of paying less and enjoying your journey with people on a similar path?

You get to follow a plan that is customised for you- you simply share the session time with 3 other people.

Prefer to train solo? Athletica offers open gym slots, allowing you free run of your very own semi-private studio space.

Our booking system keeps numbers low so you'll never have to fight for equipment, plus you get a free 30 minute induction with your first booking.

Join us every Sunday at 9:30 AM for a dynamic group training circuits class designed for all abilities at Athletica Fitness & Strength in Leigh-On-Sea.

Each session is unique, combining strength and cardio to help you improve your overall health and fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, these classes will leave you feeling accomplished and energised!

How It Works

Once you’ve paid for your session(s), you’ll receive a Sign-Up Form.
Be sure to complete and submit it at least 2 hours before your class to secure your spot.
